This is a specialist training course leading to a Level 5 CMI Certificate in Management and Leadership. Upon completion of this week-long course and subsequent written tasks, the successful candidate will be awarded a Level 5 CMI certificate in Management & Leadership showing the CMI units achieved. In addition, the successful candidate will receive a transcript from the International Centre for Parliamentary Studies certifying the specialisation in anti-corruption.

The course covers a wide range of discussion and practical subject areas, including identifying corruption and its manifestations, how corruption relates to crime and other unethical activities, establishing corporate cultures, especially in challenging environments where the culture of corruption may be endemic or pervasive, fighting corruption and building public confidence, drafting effective bribery legislation, implementing effective enforcement, establishing anti-corruption agencies, and managing a robust and transparent procurement process. Other subjects will include the corruption perceptions index and tackling fraud and financial crime.

This is a one week course which takes place in London, although we are also able to organise the course in your own country if this is your preference. It is internationally recognised and gives you highly sought after transferable CATS points.
