Course Overview
The Essential Consultancy Skills course (ECS) is at degree level and provides foundation level skills in management consultancy. It is intensive and highly participative, covering theory and practice with extensive syndicate working. Case studies and role playing are included, and daily review sessions are held to reinforce learning. A comprehensive course manual together with handbooks are provided, while a high level of mentoring is provided during and after the course.
The course will take place over five days, with each day consisting of a two-hour session. The dates of the five days are:

- Learn about ethics and the Code of Conduct in management consultancy
