Course Description

This course provides comprehensive training principally on programme management while also covering important project management topics in the public service.

It covers the foundational concepts and practices involved in successfully delivering programmes that achieve strategic objectives. Throughout this course, we’ll explore the fundamentals of programme management, executing and governing programmes, the phases of programme management, programme execution, governance structures, techniques for managing risks and changes and also the delivery, monitoring and controlling aspects of project and programme management.
